Hi, I’m Mardee.

I’m so glad you’re here.

As a coach specializing in career exploration and transitions, I empower clients to plan for, launch and refine their careers with clarity and confidence.

Whether you’re contemplating a major change or a minor pivot, I’d love to help you find your career bliss.

By degree—and at heart—I’m a teacher. I’m also a writer, editor, marketer and coach, roles I’ve been fortunate to combine throughout my career.

The thread that weaves them all together is my strong belief that knowledge is power … and self-knowledge is a superpower.

As my career unfolded, helping people “figure it out” took place outside the walls of a classroom. Coaching, like teaching, inspires light-bulb moments. I love witnessing the shift in my clients as they move from confusion to clarity.

My commitment to empowering others to make informed decisions for themselves has been—and remains—the overarching mission of my full-circle career.

Why I Take a Holistic Approach to Coaching

Natural abilities are one of eight critical factors to consider when making decisions throughout the turning points and transitions in your career … and life.

But to make high-stakes decisions based on abilities alone would be overly simplistic.

After all, you’re a whole person!

When we work together, we’ll explore all the things to get a strong handle on what makes you tick—and will allow you to thrive. Interests, values, goals, mindset … hopes, dreams, plans …

Because they all come together to make you uniquely YOU!

“I was able to gain clarity on my current situation and can already see how it’s starting to shape my outlook on the future. Mardee was so patient and understanding, I couldn’t imagine working through this process without her!”

— Penny P., Denver, CO

“When we own our stories, we avoid being trapped as characters in stories someone else is telling.”

— Brené Brown
