Hi, I’m Mardee.

As a coach specializing in career exploration and transitions, I help people plan for, launch and refine their early careers with confidence.

By degree—and at heart—I’m a teacher. I’m also a writer, editor, marketer and coach, roles I’ve been fortunate to combine throughout my career.

The thread that weaves them all together is my strong belief that knowledge is power … and self-knowledge is a superpower.

As my career unfolded, helping people “figure it out” took place outside the walls of a classroom. Coaching, like teaching, inspires light-bulb moments. I love witnessing the shift in my clients as they move from confusion to clarity.

My commitment to empowering others to make informed decisions for themselves has been—and remains—the overarching mission of my full-circle career.

Natural abilities are one of eight critical factors to consider when making decisions throughout the turning points and transitions in your career … and life.

A Holistic Approach to Coaching

Learning about your natural abilities can help you:

  • Understand why you do things in the way you do them.

  • Validate and articulate what you thought you knew about yourself.

  • Discover your hidden talents.

  • Learn ways to self-manage and skill-build.

It’s important to consider your natural abilities in the context of you as a whole person. What drives you? What are you fascinated by or drawn to? What are your career goals?

“I was able to gain clarity on my current situation and can already see how it’s starting to shape my outlook on the future. Mardee was so patient and understanding I couldn’t imagine working through this process without her!”
